Minneapolis/St. Paul Fitness Together Studio Announces Healthy Lifestyle Seminar Series for 2009
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) December 15, 2008 -- Fitness Together, the premiere private personal training studio in the Twin Cities, will host a yearlong series of seminars dealing with important health and wellness issues. The series, Orientation to a Healthy Lifestyle, will guide attendees along the path to wellness by providing information from wellness professionals. Being that people's top goals for the New Year are fitness related, this particular seminar will focus on tackling the issue of making time for and maintaining New Year's fitness resolutions.
Randy Zarecki, the owner of Fitness Together, will lead the first seminar on January 24, 2009. The Seminars will be hosted at the Fitness Together studio at 1024 Washington Ave S.
